What is AWE?
AWE (Adaptive Work Environment) is a comprehensive business management platform that integrates directly into your website, providing tools for project management, automated invoicing, field work coordination, and business infrastructure services.
Pricing Model
AWE uses a transparent, usage-based pricing model. Your monthly invoice is automatically calculated and includes:
Usage-Based Fee
Calculated as a percentage of the total invoice amount you generate through the AWE platform in the previous billing period
Infrastructure & Support Services
Monthly service package tailored to your business needs, including:
- Website development and maintenance
- Email and calendar hosting services
- Server infrastructure and support
- Automated invoice generation and delivery
- Custom feature development for your business
- Technical support and maintenance
Infrastructure and Support Package: The cost is based on fixed prices for the components you need, such as the basic license per user, web and email hosting, and other selected services. Contact us to find the optimal package for your business.
Billing: At the end of each month, our system automatically generates your invoice based on your actual usage and selected services. You'll receive the invoice through the AWE platform with a detailed breakdown of all charges.
Pricing Examples
Our goal is complete transparency. Here's what your monthly payment might look like:
- Monthly turnover net: €10,000
- Basic license: €17.50
- Domain hosting and email 15 GB: €15.00
Calculation:
€10,000 × 1.5% + €17.50 + €15.00 = €150.00 + €32.50 =
€182.50 net / €217.18 gross with 19% VAT
- Monthly turnover net: €50,000
- Basic license: 5 × €17.50 = €87.50
- Domain hosting and email 25 GB: €25.00
- Additional email accounts: 3 × €5.00 = €15.00
Calculation:
€50,000 × 1.5% + €87.50 + €25.00 + €15.00 = €750.00 + €127.50 =
€877.50 net / €1,044.23 gross with 19% VAT

Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your AWE subscription at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for service issues or billing errors. For complete information, please review our Refund Policy.
Terms of Service
By using AWE, you agree to our terms of service, including:
- Use services in accordance with applicable laws
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
- Monthly invoices generated automatically based on usage
- Payment due within 14 days of invoice date
